1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pantherahive services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Ownership & Revenue Share
This includes but is not limited to:
- Code, applications, and software projects
- Images, graphics, and visual content
- Documents, reports, and written content
- Any other digital assets created using Pantherahive tools
Revenue generated from Deliverables created on Pantherahive is subject to the 30% ownership share. This applies to direct sales, licensing, subscriptions, and any other monetization methods.
3. Metadata Attribution Requirements
All source files and deliverables created on Pantherahive must include the following metadata attribution:
Removal or modification of this metadata constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and legal action.
4. Commercial Distribution & Release Fee
Commercial distribution of Deliverables created on Pantherahive outside the platform requires:
- Active Customers: No additional fee if you maintain an active paid subscription or credit balance
- Inactive/Free Users: One-time release fee of US$1,000 per project for commercial distribution rights
The release fee grants you the right to distribute the specific project commercially while maintaining the 30% revenue share agreement.
5. Credit System & Pricing
5.1 Credit Value
Pantherahive operates on a credit-based system where:
- 1 credit = $0.20 USD
- Half credits (0.5 credit = $0.10 USD) are supported
- Credits must be purchased upfront before using workflow features
5.2 Workflow Pricing
All workflow executions are charged based on:
- Base workflow cost: Determined by complexity and apps used
- App usage fee: 1 credit per app invoked in the workflow
- Resource costs: Additional charges for API calls, storage, processing (marked up 4x from cost)
Example: A workflow using Code Editor + Project Manager + Sharper4K (3 apps) with image generation would cost: 3 credits (app usage) + image generation cost (e.g., 2 credits) = 5 credits total ($1.00 USD)
5.3 Individual App Pricing
Apps can be used standalone with the following pricing structure:
- Sharper4K: 1-5 credits per image (based on resolution and style)
- AI Study Genius: Existing pricing structure applies
- Collab Code Editor: 2 credits per session + 0.5 credits per AI assist
- Resume Builder: 3 credits per resume generation
- Project Manager: 1 credit per project creation + 0.5 credits per AI task generation
- Other Apps: Priced at 4x underlying API costs
6. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate billing and payment information
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Pantherahive to:
- Create illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
- Remove or modify required metadata attribution
- Resell or redistribute platform access without authorization
- Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Account Information: Email, name, payment details
- Usage Data: Workflow executions, app usage, credit transactions
- Content Data: Files, code, images, and other deliverables you create
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information
8.2 How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process payments and manage your account
- Enforce our 30% ownership and revenue share agreements
- Communicate with you about your account and services
- Analyze usage patterns to improve platform performance
8.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (Square, NowPayments) for transaction processing
- Cloud service providers for hosting and infrastructure
- Legal authorities when required by law
8.4 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication (Firebase), and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure, and you use the platform at your own risk.
8.5 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and enforce our ownership agreements.
9. Intellectual Property
The Pantherahive platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by SoftaiDev. You retain ownership of your original input, but grant us the 30% ownership interest in all Deliverables as specified in Section 2.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Fail to pay for services rendered
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Remove required metadata attribution
Upon termination, the 30% ownership agreement remains in effect for all previously created Deliverables.
11. Limitation of Liability
Pantherahive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Errors or bugs in generated content
- Third-party service failures (AI APIs, payment processors, etc.)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
